Smart Energy GB.

Brand expression.

Challenge:

Smart Energy GB is ‘the’ independent, non-profit, government-backed organisation that helps households and small businesses across Great Britain understand how smart meters can benefit them, their families, and the environment.

Abbot Mead Vickers (AMV BBDO) were commissioned to create the ‘Smart Energy: Join the energy revolution’ ATL campaign and initial brand world including logo and supporting graphics.

Our challenge was to translate the new identity, which had been looked at through an ATL lens, into a stress tested BTL design toolkit and complete template suite to ensure the identity had longevity.

Outcome:

We worked closely with the Smart Energy GB team, AMV BBDO and an extensive wider all agency group. We were responsible for setting the tone for all comms including guidance for online and social advertising.

We produced a complete BTL style guide and produced all design templates for Smart Energy GB’s internal artwork team, enabling them to hit the ground running for the launch of the full campaign.
